- Build executive customer relationships – serve as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CMIOs, CDOs, and CFOs at major health systems. Understand their strategic priorities and connect them to AWS capabilities that drive measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally – partner with Solutions Architecture, Specialist Sales (AI/ML, Security, Analytics), Professional Services, Partner Development, and Marketing to bring the full weight of AWS to customer engagements.
- Shape the healthcare narrative – represent AWS at industry events (HIMSS, HLTH, ViVE), contribute to thought leadership, and evangelise how cloud and AI are transforming patient care and health system operations.
