Job Description
Our client is looking for a highly experienced Open Shift Platform Engineer with deep expertise in designing, building, securing, and managing enterprise‑grade Open Shift Container Platform (OCP) environments. This role focuses on cluster architecture, lifecycle management, multi‑cluster operations, and security using Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management (ACM) and Advanced Cluster Security (ACS).
This is not an Open Shift administrator role — we need someone who has engineered OCP infrastructure from the ground up and can operate at scale across multiple clusters.
This role does require operational support dealing with service tickets in an internal ticketing system, which requires an on call rotation every 22 days. We are looking for someone who wants to join a collaborative team and who is open to mentoring junior administrators. This role can sit remotely minus a few specific states.

- 3+ years of hands‑on Open Shift platform engineeringli>
- Proven experience building OCP clusters from scratch.
- Strong experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
- Container Ingress Services (CIS)
- Experience with automation either in Terraform or Ansible
- BA degree or 9 years of working experience Open Shift Bare Metal Experience
- F5 CIS Experience
- Strong experience with ACM and ACS in production environment
