Systems Administrator Senior – TS/SCI required

The role supports mission-critical IT systems for the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), ensuring system reliability, performance, and security.

• Perform system administration for desktop and server environments, including configuration and maintenance.
• Install, upgrade, and patch operating systems and application software on Windows and UNIX platforms.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues for client/server, storage, network, and mobile devices.
• Maintain system integrity and security through account monitoring, OS installation, and local area network administration.
• Provide support for the dispatch system and resolve hardware problems.
• Configure and manage network components, implementing OS enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
• Integrate new technologies and support transition/migration of corporate systems.
• Communicate status, escalation, and resolution details to agency management and internal customers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 12+ years of related experience in IT system administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for IT systems.
• Excellent communication skills for providing detailed feedback to management and customers.

• DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II / 8140 baseline certification.
• Security+ or equivalent.
• MSCA 2016 and Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ104) – must obtain full AZ104 within 180 days of start.

Must currently possess Top Secret/SCI clearance and be U.S. citizen.

Salary range: $76,500 – $103,500, based on experience and location.
