Description PC Support

  • Monitor and track all incidents across all SNOW queues for North America.
  • Diagnose and resolve incidents using documented procedures.
  • Provide onsite technical support Monday – Friday, 8‑hour day, with on‑call and off‑hours support as needed.
  • Set up and implement new‑hire hardware.
  • Test assets to ensure proper functionality.
  • Install, repair, and perform preventative maintenance of all MARS laptops and desktops across North America.
  • Manage Dell warranty and coordinate with Dell for replacement hardware.
Asset Management

Objective:
To monitor and manage assets (laptops, printers, and peripherals) that support day‑to‑day operations at NA SITS sites.

  • Inventory of Windows‑based assets and peripherals.
  • Update Hardware Asset Management records.
  • Depot – per segment/site asset tracking.
  • Assign profiles and image assets.
  • Replace end‑of‑life assets.
  • Repair assets based on warranty status.
  • New‑hire, business segment moves, shipping and delivery of new hires, replacements, segment moves, leavers, and inactive asset support.
  • Reporting of standard in/out stock inventory status for replacements and depot inventory.
  • Disposal of hardware management.
  • Manage PC lifecycle, procurement, and disposal.
  • Provide software support, OS imaging, and deployment of software through automated tools and manual installs.
  • Install and test desktop software applications and internet browsers.
  • Support iOS systems and mobile apps.
  • Procure and install Mars‑approved software.
Audio/Visual Support
  • Maintain and test Windows‑based systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues or re‑image Windows‑based systems as needed.
  • Train users on scheduling meetings and conference‑room software/hardware.
  • Provide executive full meeting support.
  • Conduct quality control and conference‑room health checks.
  • Coordinate third‑party vendors for updating, installing, and warranty work of conference‑room AV equipment.
  • Provide live support for town‑hall conferences.
  • Troubleshoot wall‑mounted EVOKOS.
Network Infrastructure Support
  • Server hardware support and replacements.
  • Procure HDD replacements and install for servers per request and coordination with the server team.
  • Procure servers, racks, and stack per request and coordination with the server team.
Project Support
  • Oversee the successful completion of projects.
  • Set targets for milestones, adhere to deadlines, and allocate resources.
  • Delegate tasks to the Tek Systems NA support team.
  • Make effective suggestions when presented with multiple options for project progression.
  • Act as a point of contact between management and the team.
  • Manage scope, schedule, risk, quality, and resources of projects based on Mars Inc./Tek-defined scope.
  • Manage end‑to‑end operations.

Pay and Benefits

Pay range: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour.

This is a contract position based out of Chattanooga, TN. The role is fully onsite.
