PC Support
- Monitor and track all incidents across all SNOW queues for North America.
- Diagnose and resolve incidents using documented procedures.
- Provide Monday–Friday 8‑hour day onsite technical support (on‑call and off hours when needed).
- Set up and implement new hire hardware.
- Test assets to ensure proper functionality.
- Install, repair, and conduct preventative maintenance of all laptops and desktops across North America.
- Manage Dell warranty and coordinate replacement hardware with Dell.
- Inventory Windows‑based assets and peripherals.
- Update hardware asset management records.
- Track depot assets by segment/site.
- Assign profiles and perform imaging.
- Replace end‑of‑life assets.
- Repair assets per warranty status.
- Manage new hire, business segment moves, and leavers (exited employees).
- Handle shipping and delivery of assets.
- Report inventory status of replacement and depot assets.
- Manage disposal of hardware.
- Oversee PC lifecycle from procurement through disposal.
- Perform OS imaging on computers.
- Deploy software via automated tools and manual installs.
- Install and test desktop software applications and internet browsers.
- Provide iOS system and mobile app support.
- Procure and install approved software.
- Maintain and test windows‑based AV systems.
- Troubleshoot or re‑image systems when needed.
- Train users on scheduling meetings and conference‑room software/hardware.
- Provide executive full meeting support.
- Conduct quality control and conference‑room health checks.
- Coordinate third‑party vendors for updating, installing, and warranty work of AV equipment.
- Provide live support for town‑hall conferences.
- Troubleshoot wall‑mounted EVOKOS systems.
- Support server hardware replacements.
- Procure HDD replacements and install them per request.
- Procure servers, racks, and stacks per coordination with server team.
- Provide depot services including OS imaging, software installation, and hardware delivery to customers.
- Perform advanced component replacements for break‑fix incidents escalated to depot support queue.
- Coordinate refresh and replacement for North America users.
- Manage assets across several segments.
- Coordinate with third‑party partners.
- Provide project management support for out‑of‑scope operations requests.
- Oversee successful completion of projects, set milestones, adhere to deadlines, and allocate resources.
- Delegate tasks to the Tek Systems NA support team.
- Offer recommendations for project progression.
- Act as liaison between management and team.
- Manage scope, schedule, risk, quality, and resources of projects.
- Ensure end‑to‑end operations comply with the SITS NA IT Support contract.

Job Type & LocationContract position based out of Chattanooga, TN.
Pay$20.00 - $25.00 per hour.
