Manager, Enterprise Architecture

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a diverse workforce within a matrix environment and be able to communicate effectively in obtaining and synthesizing requirements.
• Manages a team of Enterprise Architects and works across the architecture disciplines on strategic planning and implementation.
• Provides architectural leadership, guidance, and support for technology teams, including leadership for the development, implementation, and evaluation of enterprise architecture technology strategies.
• Define EA maturity road map and practices related to EA governance and partners with key stakeholders to implement architecture governance frameworks.

• Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Science related field or equivalent work experience is required.
• 7 years of experience in IT Architecture or related field required.
• 5 years of experience leading teams of technical resources in diverse disciplines is required.
• Experience with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, etc.
