POS Manager

Our client is a fast-growing, multi-location service business expanding quickly through new site openings and acquisitions across the Southeast. Point-of-sale technology sits at the center of that growth, and this role will lead the strategy, team, and vendor relationships that keep it running smoothly ’s a hands‑on leadership seat with real ownership over how POS systems and processes evolve as the company grows.

$90,000–$110,000

• Lead, coach, and develop the POS support team, building team capacity and bench strength.
• Own incident and problem management for POS systems, driving root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships with POS and adjacent partners, including contracts and SLAs.
• Own the budget for POS systems, tools, and infrastructure investments.
• Lead POS integration strategy for new site openings and acquisitions.
• Set policy and governance for POS system access, change control, and modifications.

• Experience with industry‑specific POS platforms such as DRB, NXT, Micrologic, or Sonny’s.
• Networking experience, comfortable managing 15+ connected systems at a single site.
• Comfortable establishing new processes and standards as the team and technology footprint grow.
• Vendor management experience, including contracts and SLAs.
• Willing to travel regionally, up to 25%, to support new openings and acquisitions.
