• Active Property & Casualty license (required)
• Life & Health license (preferred)
• Demonstrated success in prospecting and closing
• Strong follow‑up systems and pipeline discipline
• Coachable, competitive, and growth‑oriented
• Professional communication and client‑first mindset

• Prospect, quote, and close new home, auto, and life business
• Drive cross‑sell and bundling opportunities
• Maintain consistent outbound activity
• Conduct consultative coverage reviews
• Contribute to retention and long‑term client relationships
