• Develop and implement strategies to increase policy sales and retention.

• Active insurance license in property and casualty.
• Previous experience in customer service or insurance preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
