Job Description

Your main duties will be to handle client intake to final conclusion of Bankruptcy cases Chapter 7 and Chapter 13. Making prompt responses to client needs and GREAT communication skills are essential. Knowledge of court documents and motions are necessary. Dealing with clients daily face to face, email and by telephone. White glove treatment to all of our clients with prompt, accurate responses and returning emails, calls and messages within 24hrs is required.

Working daily in Best Case software is necessary. We put our clients first and the right candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be a team player with the office staff.

This position is for an experienced candidate that can hit the ground running and be skilled in bankruptcy software (Best Case) and electronic filing.

Full Time position with paid parking, generous paid time off, no weekends, retirement benefits contributed by employer, stipend medical/dental benefits.

• Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or 3 years of experience with a paralegal certification.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Bankruptcy. Best Case software experience is a BIG PLUS.
• Ability to handle client intake to file conclusion of case.
• Prompt responses to client needs and GREAT communication skills are essential.
• MUST HAVE 2 years direct work experience in last 5 years.
• MUST BE very, very organized.
• MUST BE PROFICIENT IN EXCEL and WORD.
• MUST HAVE GOOD WORK AND ATTENDANCE HISTORY.
• Salary commensurate with experience.

Full time hours M-F 8:30-5:00pm.
