About the Role:We’re looking for a driven and strategic Carrier Sales Representative to join our Carrier Operations team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and managing carrier capacity while growing a high‑performing network of trusted carrier partners. You’ll negotiate rates, build long‑term relationships, and serve as a key link within our Operations team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Secure and manage carrier capacity across defined regional freight lanesBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing carriersPartner with the Carrier Relations Director to onboard and assess carrier performanceNegotiate pricing and agreements to ensure competitive and profitable marginsTrack and trace shipments to ensure timely pickup and deliveryTroubleshoot service issues and communicate proactively with internal teamsMaintain accurate records within the TMSMonitor market trends to anticipate capacity needs and pricing shiftsSupport additional operations‑related tasks as directed by leadershipWhat Makes You a Fit:
