Lead all North America supply chain operations, including customer care, distribution, supply chain planning, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP), while driving strategy and alignment with global supply chain standards. Partner with global supply chain teams to lead digital and AI transformation initiatives, using analytics and automation to improve efficiency, strengthen resilience, and develop a high-performing supply chain organization.
Drive end-to-end North America supply chain performance by improving customer service, inventory, cost, warehouse operations, and on-time delivery while meeting key business KPIs. Lead Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to align demand, supply, and cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient value chain planning and execution. Champion digital transformation by leveraging AI, advanced planning systems, ERP platforms, automation, and data analytics to improve forecasting, visibility, and decision-making.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and global supply chain teams to optimize supply strategies, strengthen customer and supplier collaboration, and improve route-to-market effectiveness. Build and develop a high-performing supply chain organization by leading organizational change, enhancing team capabilities, and fostering an inclusive, diverse culture. Standardize and optimize supply chain processes, tools, and operating models across the region to improve efficiency, service levels, cash flow, and overall business performance.
Lead a regional supply chain organization supporting approximately $2B in annual sales across two countries, with responsibility for 20–30 direct and indirect team members.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related technical field required;
Master’s degree preferred. 15+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including 8–10 years in senior leadership roles with regional or multi-country responsibility. Proven expertise in demand planning, production planning, logistics, inventory management, warehouse optimization, and ERP systems (SAP preferred). Experience leading digital supply chain transformation, leveraging AI, automation, advanced analytics, and machine learning to improve operational performance. Strong background in consumer packaged goods (CPG), forecasting, financial management, inventory control, and delivering measurable business results.
Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams, influence cross-functional stakeholders, drive organizational change, and communicate effectively with senior leadership. Willingness to travel approximately 20% within North America and internationally, including Morristown, NJ and Paris, France.
