we are hiring for experienced commercial cleaners for cleveland, tn.

in this position, the technician will provide a thorough cleaning of assigned areas.

applicants must have an attention to detail, demonstrate the ability to clean in a timely manner, and possess the flexibility of being able to work with a team or as an individual. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a safe, efficient manner. Pay is based on your prior cleaning experience.

• obtain needed equipment and supplies for assignments.
• keep assigned work area clean and orderly.
• maintain safety standards at all times, including wearing proper ppe.
• perform various cleaning duties as required, such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, climbing up and down a ladder (up to 6 ft), handling cleaning chemicals safely.
• deliver all equipment and supplies back to shop when the job is completed.

• previous experience in cleaning or related fields is preferred.
• must show up for work on time and maintain dependability.
• must have reliable transportation.
• must have a working smartphone for scheduling and time clock via an app.
• must be flexible, work at a fast pace, and multi-task.
• must be able to perform continuous walking, stooping, standing, lifting, and climbing.
• must accept assignments with other duties as required by supervisor.
• must contribute to a positive work environment with a pleasant attitude and overall team effort.
• must adhere to company dress code and wear clean right uniform when working.
• must show workplace respect and an understanding for co‑workers and customers.
• must communicate in english.
• must be willing to submit to a background check and a drug screen.

* all newly hired associates will be on a mandatory 60‑day probationary period.
