Job Overview
The Cleaning Authority is hiring full‑time professional house cleaners. We offer the highest pay for cleaning in the area and a comprehensive benefits package.
ScheduleWork Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. No nights, weekends, or major holidays. All positions are closed on holidays.
Training & PayWe provide a computer‑based learning system, a two‑week training program, and hands‑on training with experienced professionals. No experience is required. Cleaners are paid hourly—your paycheck will never change based on the number of houses cleaned.
BenefitsPaid holidays, paid vacation, medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
Requirements- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must pass a background check.
- Have a great attitude, be a team player, and take pride in your work.
- Willingness to learn; cleaning must meet our Detail‑Clean Rotation System standards.
- Ability to stand all day with light lifting (less than 15 pounds); this is a physically demanding job.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
