About the Opportunity
Molly Maid in Chattanooga, TN is hiring dedicated and detail-oriented housekeepers / house cleaners / maids to join our growing team. We are a family-owned business that has served the local community for 12 years.
We look for reliable team members who enjoy providing excellent customer service and who want to be part of a supportive family culture.
Compensation & Benefits- Competitive wage: $12 to $16 per hour, plus bonus and tips
- Full-time schedule:
Monday to Friday, no nights or weekends - Company car provided (we pay the gas) and all cleaning supplies and equipment supplied
- Paid training, paid time off, health plan, dental and vision coverage
- Opportunity for additional bonuses and incentives
- Perform professional residential cleaning services, including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, wipe downs and other final touches
- Communicate with customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner
- Cleaner Monday to Friday
- No prior cleaning service experience required
- Family-friendly attitude
- Reliable transportation (company car provided)
- Basic communication skills
