Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Location: On-site at McDade Lane, Chattanooga, TN

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Overtime/Weekends/On-Call as needed)

Requirements: High School Diploma/GED, 1+ year maintenance or grounds experience, valid driver's license, pass drug screen & background check, lift up to 50 lbs

As a Grounds Keeper (Groundskeeper / Grounds Maintenance Technician), you will maintain high standards of quality and appearance across the facility.

• Assist with general facility upkeep, grounds maintenance, and exterior prep work.
• Perform basic repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
• Complete grounds and maintenance work orders accurately using hand tools and power equipment.
• Operate company vehicles safely and assist with preventive equipment maintenance.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a grounds or maintenance role.
• Practical skill using hand/power tools for minor repairs.
• Ability to stand, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
