The Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department is currently accepting applications for a Part-Time Arena Supervisor at the Robert

A. Ring Arena. This position operates under the direct supervision of the Arena Coordinator.

The Robert

A. Ring Arena Supervisor plays a key role in the daily operations of the facility. The ideal candidate will be a responsible, service-oriented individual who ensures the arena is maintained in a safe, clean, and welcoming condition for all visitors.

• Open and close the Robert
  
  A. Ring Arena facility.
• Prepare the park grounds each day, including picking up litter, sweeping entrances, and cleaning restrooms and drinking fountains.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of restroom and facility supplies.
• Assist the Arena Coordinator with schedules and league operations.
• Provide support and assistance to patrons.
• Complete incident and accident reports as needed.
• Enforce facility rules, policies, and procedures.
• Supervise all scheduled activities and provide scorekeeping support.
• Perform light turf maintenance when required.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred (training encouraged if not certified).
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.

No prior experience is required. On-the-job training will be provided at the Robert

A. Ring Arena. Candidates with prior experience in recreation, customer service, or facility supervision are encouraged to apply.
