We Are

Project Managers are how we get things done. With a passion for efficiency and proactive problem solving, Project Managers scope, estimate, and seamlessly guide jobs through every department of our agency from start to finish. The PM engages, initiates, and tracks changes that occur within a project and sets the path to meet all goals and objectives. The PM communicates goals and updates clearly across functional teams, initiating escalation steps when appropriate.

The PM is responsible for reviewing the status of all active jobs and ensuring proper task assignments, project prioritization, and quality control.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and manage projects across all departments (creative, analytics, web development, strategy, media and production).
  • Plan projects by defining scope; creating work-based schedules; mapping out resource requirements; and developing comprehensive estimates.
  • Help predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently; prioritizing work in progress (WIP) with production and account teams to pull work forward and break bottlenecks.
  • Establish and communicate detailed timing and deliverables by channel/tactic for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Partner with Account Management to set and manage client expectations, build project forecasts, timelines, and ensure all detailed requirements are gathered for briefs.
  • Collaborate with department managers to assign tasks and responsibilities per project.
  • Provide project updates consistently to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate the highest likelihood project risks and plan for contingencies.
  • Integrate and balance the big picture with day-to-day work.
  • Ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities throughout the project workflow.
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of advertising agency project management experience.
  • Familiarity with design/concepting, production processes, and web front-end and back-end best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both to clients and with internal departments.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of both traditional and digital advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as Advantage, Slack, and Click Up.
  • Knowledge of project management tools, best practices, and processes.
  • Experience working directly with clients and building relationships.
  • Self-starter who can manage personal and project deadlines.
