+ Build partnerships across departments, tackling technical and process challenges with creativity and persistence.

+ Manage vendor onboarding with razor-sharp attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance across data flows.

+ Communicate project milestones, deliver user training, and rally stakeholders for successful change adoption.

+ Post-implementation, transition to leading daily AP operations across multiple companies and geographies, raising the bar on accuracy and service.

+ Champion continuous improvement-identify opportunities, implement solutions, and drive exceptional results.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ 7+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience, including proven AP team leadership.

+ Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing AP systems and automation tools.

+ Demonstrated strength in ERP integration, workflow design, and process improvement.

+ Expert-level Excel skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.

+ Project management savvy-able to prioritize, meet deadlines, and energize multi-disciplinary teams.

+ Strong communicator and collaborator with a continuous improvement mindset.

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience preferred.
