Responsibilities
- Supervising labor management and planning of inbound and outbound activities
- Conducting staff meetings to review daily/weekly work activities
- Ensuring development of systems for managing operations and products in a safe manner
- Managing operations to meet productivity and service goals
- Providing direction to Human Resources and assisting in hiring and training programs
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years’ experience in logistics/distribution/relevant environment
- 1 year experience in a supervisory role
- Able to operate material handling equipment (MHE)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program
