Job Title: 1st Shift Welder: $23-$25 based on weld test results

Job Description

The role involves MIG welding and fabrication tasks in the tube shop on a 10‑hour shift starting at 5 a.m., 6 a.m., or 7 a.m. It requires reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, and working 40‑50 hours per week.

• Conduct MIG welding
• Read and interpret blueprints and work diagrams
• Utilize hand and power tools for fabrication tasks
• Work primarily in the tube shop to complete projects efficiently

• Proficiency in MIG welding processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience with various materials, including stainless steel, carbon, and aluminum
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Understanding of fabrication techniques

Contract to Hire position based in Chattanooga, TN.

Pay range: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour.
