Line Inspector

In-Line Inspector I – Chattanooga, TN

Confluent Medical Technologies is committed to delivering world‑class medical devices. We seek an In‑Line Inspector I to join our Chattanooga, TN team.

• Inspect product per specifications using specified measuring equipment.
• Read, follow, and accurately complete all provided documentation (product drawings, work procedures, process logs, etc.).
• Support the use of computer systems to perform job responsibilities.
• Work with engineering to generate clear and concise work instructions, test methods, and visual standards.
• Prioritize and manage multiple process responsibilities.
• Demonstrate personal initiative and effectively execute tasks independently.
• Follow good manufacturing practices (GMP): line clearance, work instructions, documentation, etc.
• Train other skilled technicians/operators in inspection methods and required documentation.
• Communicate issues to engineering for continuous improvement.
• Adapt work shift as needed by business conditions in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Perform other duties as requested.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0–1+ years of mechanical or related machine operation experience.
• Experience in the medical device industry.
• Hands‑on mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of GMP.
• Strong attention to detail, professional attitude, team player.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Proof of 20/20 or better vision, unaided or corrected.
