Why Us?

Fillauer is a global leader in orthotic and prosthetic innovation, empowering clinicians and patients to achieve their best functional outcomes. With manufacturing and R&D locations in Tennessee, Utah, and Sweden, we support a strong upper limb product line, a robust offering of prosthetic feet, and a wide range of orthotic devices, tools, equipment, components, and materials.

Founded over a century ago, we are dedicated to helping individuals with limb loss and limited mobility return to daily activities and achieve new heights. Recent investments in state‑of‑the‑art CNC lathes and mills have modernized our shop, enabling machinists to focus on quality work rather than working around outdated equipment.

CNC Machinist III – Advanced‑level machining role responsible for complex part programming, setup, and production of precision components used in orthotic and prosthetic devices. The position requires deep technical expertise in CNC programming, tooling strategy, and problem resolution. The machinist serves as a technical resource on the shop floor, supporting production continuity, mentoring junior machinists, and driving quality and efficiency improvements.
