Astec is seeking an experienced welder to fabricate, repair and assemble heavy mechanical components in a shop setting. You will read blueprints, select proper welding methods, and perform welding and grinding to achieve clean, durable welds.
Safety, quality and productivity are emphasized while following company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of heavy equipment welding experience, can read weld symbols, and can pass a 6G TIG test.
