Confluent Medical Technologies – Balloon Inspector (Chattanooga Call)

• Inspect product per specifications using specified measuring equipment.
• Read, follow, and accurately complete all provided documentation (product drawings, work procedures, process logs, etc.).
• Use computer proficiency and be willing to learn computer systems required to perform job responsibilities.
• Collaborate with engineering to generate clear and concise work instructions, test methods, and visual standards.
• Prioritize effectively and manage multiple process responsibilities.
• Demonstrate personal initiative and the ability to effectively execute tasks independently.
• Follow good manufacturing practices (GMP): line clearance, work instructions, documentation, etc.
• Teach other skilled technicians/operators the inspection methods and required documentation.
• Communicate issues to engineering for collaborative continuous improvement.
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and be willing to modify work shift as needed by business conditions.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or two years of related experience.
• Extremely hands-on with some mechanical aptitude.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMP).
• Strong attention to detail, professional attitude, and team-player mindset.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Proof of 20/20 or better vision, unaided or corrected.
