Plant Manager

Plant Manager – Chattanooga, TN

We are hiring a Plant Manager to supervise and coordinate the production and repackaging of compressed and liquid gases into cylinders at an industrial cylinder fill plant.

• Guide and support all aspects of plant operations, ensuring alignment with safety regulations and company policies.
• Empower and support supervisors in providing effective leadership.
• Investigate and report injuries or accidents, and develop solutions to maintain a safe and productive facility.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient plant with a strong emphasis on safety.
• Coach and create development plans to improve associate performance.
• Respond to associate complaints and grievances in line with pre‑employment requirements.
• Collaborate with the team to implement continuous improvement measures in production methods and equipment performance.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years of related industrial experience.
• Proficiency in computer usage for data entry, extraction, and tracking plant performance.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic math and problem‑solving skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
