Plant Manager – Chattanooga, TN
We are hiring a Plant Manager to supervise and coordinate the production and repackaging of compressed and liquid gases into cylinders at an industrial cylinder fill plant.
Job Duties & Responsibilities- Guide and support all aspects of plant operations, ensuring alignment with safety regulations and company policies.
- Empower and support supervisors in providing effective leadership.
- Investigate and report injuries or accidents, and develop solutions to maintain a safe and productive facility.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient plant with a strong emphasis on safety.
- Coach and create development plans to improve associate performance.
- Respond to associate complaints and grievances in line with pre‑employment requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to implement continuous improvement measures in production methods and equipment performance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of five years of related industrial experience.
- Proficiency in computer usage for data entry, extraction, and tracking plant performance.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic math and problem‑solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
