We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Production Worker to join our growing team. The individual will be a shop assistant with the following responsibilities:

• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Produce and assemble custom cabinetry and organizational systems according to specifications
• Understand company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques
• Follow quality control procedures to ensure products meet company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Additional tasks or projects as defined by the Production Manager

• We will train you to produce quality custom closets, garages and home organizing systems
• Experience in the woodworking or cabinet-making fields preferred (32mm systems)
• Experience with woodworking equipment and hand tools is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Some prior Woodworking experience is preferred but not required
