, we are looking to fill the following position as soon as possible:
- Monitoring production and ensuring quality in the assembly department
- Organizing and coordinating relevant processes
- Leading, guiding, and motivating assigned employees
- Completed technical training in the footwear industry
- Professional experience in a comparable position and leadership experience
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing methods and familiarity with the entire shoe production process
- Willingness to travel and flexibility
- Permanent employment and a long-term, secure career perspective in an established traditional company
