What are we looking for?- Must be able to answer line calls and trouble shoot both packaging and processing equipment.
- Must be able to learn PM procedures and follow the PM schedule
- Ability to work and cover outages on other shifts
- Demonstrated ability to understand, communicate, read, and write basic work-related English
- Completing scheduled PMs
- Following up on breakdowns that occur on shift
- Trouble shooting line calls on shift.
