To excel as a Full Time CNC Operator at Card-Monroe you will need to have a high attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential. Ideal candidates will have a high school or trade school diploma and a background as a machine operator with 2-5 years of experience. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and shop drawings is preferred, along with familiarity with measuring tools like dial calipers, tape measures, micrometers, and protractors.

Candidates should also have a solid grasp of basic mathematical skills and be comfortable working with PCs.

Demonstrating a commitment to precision and a strong work ethic will be key to success in this role.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• High School or Trade School graduate preferred.
• Machine operator background with 2-5 years of experience.
• Must be able to read and work from blueprints and shop drawings.
• Must be familiar with measuring tools
• such as dial calipers
• tape measures
• protractors
• micrometers
• height gauge and squares.
• Must be proficient in basic mathematical skills.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of PC's preferred.
