In this role you ll...

• Operate state-of-the-art printing equipment to produce high-quality customized items
• Master various printing techniques, including direct-to-product printing and heat transfer
• Ensure color accuracy, alignment, and overall quality through careful inspection and adjustment
• Keep production humming by meeting output goals and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborate with team members and be willing to learn new skills in different departments

Schedule

Typical Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break. Overtime may be required to meet production volume.

Pay

The starting pay for this position is $15 an hour with opportunities for increase every 6 months along side performance reviews.

Educational Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required, previous printing experience preferred, basic computer skills & mechanical aptitude
• On the job training is provided

Skill Requirements:

• Ability to work with inks and chemicals, ability to work in a high volume, fast paced, manufacturing environment
• Extensive Attention to Detail

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Ability to stand 8-10 hour shift
