Cutter Operator in Chattanooga, TN
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour. Shift Options: 1st (7:45 AM–8 PM), 3rd (7:45 PM–8 AM) | Requires working a 12‑hour swing shift every other Friday. Sunday Off.

Cutter Operator Requirements- 2 years of manufacturing experience required
- Previous experience with machines or cutting equipment preferred
- Ability to use SAP or learn production data entry systems
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to follow work instructions
- Willingness to cross-train and support packaging operations
- Ability to lift 50–60 pounds
- Steel-toe shoes required
Job Duties
- Operate cutting equipment to meet production goals
- Inspect, grade, and pack finished products
- Complete production paperwork and enter data into SAP
- Change paper and materials to maintain production flow Assist with packaging line operations as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
