Pay Rate: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:4:30 AM - 2:30 PM

Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Manufacturing, production, plastics, automotive, or industrial experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions (WIs), quality standards, and production schedules.
- Basic documentation and recordkeeping skills required.
- 2+ years of experience.
- Experience performing visual quality inspections and identifying product defects.
- Ability to use handheld power tools and polishing equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain production and quality standards.
- Familiarity with scrap, rework, traceability, and defect reporting processes is a plus.
- Ability to stand and work at a production line for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, sanding, trimming, and repetitive hand movements.
- Ability to maintain required production pace and line speed throughout the shift.
- Manual dexterity to handle molded parts and operate hand tools.
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment while following Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Trim, sand, flame-treat, and prepare injection-molded plastic parts for the paint process.
- Perform visual inspections of parts to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
- Load and unload parts according to production schedules and work instructions.
- Identify defects and perform minor rework using handheld electric polishing tools.
- Follow approved procedures for defect correction, rework, and scrap disposition.
- Maintain accurate records of defects, scrap, repaint activity, and production data.
- Complete traceability documentation and required production paperwork.
- Maintain line speed and support production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Keep work areas clean and organized in accordance with 5S principles.
- Support team operations by assisting coworkers and covering breaks as needed while following all safety requirements.
