Job Description

We are seeking a
Production Worker
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
materials processing, inspection, and assembly of paper-based products
and a proven ability to
meet safety, quality, and productivity targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment to process and assemble paper materials according to work instructions.
• Inspect in-process and finished goods for quality standards and document results.
• Perform material handling, staging, and line changeovers to support production schedules.
• Follow safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and report issues to supervision.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• Experience with production, assembly, or inspection in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and complete documentation accurately.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work rotating shifts with potential overtime.
• Eligibility requirement:
  Candidates must be US Citizens due to federal contracts at this offsite facility.

Preferred

Skills:

• Previous experience with paper converting or paper product manufacturing.
• Familiarity with basic quality tools and safety programs.
