Terminal Operator

Cargill is seeking a Safety-focused Terminal Operator to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will operate, monitor, and maintain equipment for receiving, storing, and shipping bulk agricultural and food products. Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks and railcars, collecting samples, performing basic equipment inspections, and following strict quality, environmental, and safety standards. You'll work closely with a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment that values integrity, continuous learning, and innovation while helping advance global food security and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor terminal and material handling equipment for receiving, storing, and shipping bulk products
• Load and unload trucks and railcars according to safety and quality procedures
• Perform routine equipment checks, basic troubleshooting, and housekeeping to maintain a safe work area
• Collect product samples and complete quality, inventory, and shipping documentation accurately
• Follow all safety, environmental, and food safety policies, including lockout/tagout and PPE use
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production and service schedules
