Production Associate – Molding & Portioning Position Overview
We are seeking dependable Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. This position involves molding and portioning products
, operating production equipment, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and following established safety and quality procedures.
1st Shift: Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday: 3:30 PM–2:00 AM
Saturday overtime may be required: 6:00 AM–11:00 AM
Responsibilities- Perform molding and cup portioning production tasks according to specifications.
- Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Measure, portion, and inspect products for quality and consistency.
- Follow production, safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Meet daily production and quality standards.
- Work as part of a team to keep production running efficiently.
- Perform additional production duties as assigned.
- Reliable attendance and dependable transportation required.
- Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods.
- Must have comfortable, work-appropriate shoes
. - Ability to follow instructions and work safely around production equipment.
- Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required.
