Director of Performance Marketing

A company is looking for a Director of Performance Marketing.

Key Responsibilities Own and execute the performance marketing strategy across various paid channels Lead experimentation and optimization efforts to improve conversion rates and efficiency Build and manage a high-performing performance marketing team while overseeing budgets and performance reporting

Required Qualifications 8-12+ years of experience in performance and/or growth marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through paid channels, preferably in ecommerce Deep understanding of paid media campaigns and their impact on business outcomes Experience managing significant budgets and achieving efficient growth Familiarity with ad tech, martech, SaaS, or high-growth startups
