PositionFull‑time Ministry Female Direct Care Student Advisor
Working and ministering to adults 18+ years old
RequirementsProfessional Requirements:
- Possess a valid driver’s license, 3‑4 years of a good driving record, and be able to transport students to appointments and activities in a 15‑passenger van on a daily basis.
- Basic computer skills: database entry, computer file management, Microsoft Office programs, manage online calendars, and willingness to learn new skills.
- Action ably grasp the concepts of mentoring, nurturing, speaking the truth in love, and serving one another in love.
Personal Requirements:
- Requires a life surrendered to Christ.
- Must have a proven fruit‑bearing track record of being an overcomer.
- Must have a tobacco and alcohol‑free lifestyle and be free from addiction to illegal and prescription medications.
- Must understand the concept of spiritual authority and be willing to operate under and submit to those in authority.
- Your personal issues cannot outweigh the needs of students.
- Not easily offended and be willing to progress through conflicts to successful resolutions.
- Extremely punctual and flexible.
In addition to an online interview, a 3‑4 day on‑campus visit/interview may be required. It gives us the opportunity to become better acquainted. This environment is not for everyone and we want you to get a realistic picture of what your ministry here would look like. We will pay reasonable traveling expenses.
