Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic campaign plans to promote clean energy transition in Maryland Design and implement equitable campaign strategies while ensuring volunteer participation and partnership growth Monitor and evaluate clean energy-related laws and initiatives, advocating for policy positions with decision-makers
Required Qualifications Experience in policy analysis and advocacy campaign development related to climate change and clean energy Ability to navigate complex organizational systems and manage multiple projects effectively Commitment to understanding systems of oppression and promoting equity in campaign efforts Knowledge of Maryland's geography, ecology, and political landscape is a plus Working knowledge of Spanish is also a plus
