Registered Nurse – Full Time – Chattanooga, TN

Salary: $70,000.00‑$75,000.00. Sign‑on bonus up to $5,000. Days available: 7 a‑7 p.

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients, ensuring physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
• Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
• Use reasoning skills, good judgment, and communicate productively as part of an interdisciplinary team.

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State and maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire (or obtain during orientation) and must remain current during employment.
