Key

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LPN license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• One year or more of recent LPN experience in a clinical or hospital setting
• Strong communication and patient advocacy abilities
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and charting
• Knowledge of clinical best practices and safety standards
• Current BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care under physician or RN supervision, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with procedures
• Provide patient education, emotional support, and discharge instructions
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure optimal outcomes
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient progress
• Maintain a safe, compassionate, and efficient care environment
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and report findings to appropriate medical personnel
