What We're Looking For:

• Valid and unrestricted RN license in Tennessee (or eligibility for reciprocal licensure)
• Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or community health setting preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Confidence in responding to medical emergencies and providing routine care
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic school environment
• Commitment to student and community health

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and document health assessments for students
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized healthcare and emergency care plans
• Manage chronic and acute medical conditions during the school day
• Respond efficiently to illness, injuries, and emergencies
• Serve as a trusted resource for health education and disease prevention
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and community providers
