How You Will Make a Difference- Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.
- Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
- Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations and as required by the Director of Nursing.
- Ensure all nursing personnel under your supervision comply with the facility’s written policies and procedures.
- Possess an active LPN license in the state of residence.
- Hold current/active CPR certification.
- Have strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity.
- Exhibit excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills while maintaining confidentiality.
