Record vital signs, weight, and treatment data; document in Hemodialysis Treatment Sheet;
Educate patients on adequacy measures and disease processes under supervision;
Monitor vascular access and respond to intradialytic issues as directed by RN or physician;
Maintain infection control practices and prepare/organize supplies and equipment for treatments
