Travel RN - Labor & Delivery

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring AWHONN fetal monitoring and NRP certifications on a 13-week day shift assignment.

Requirements

• Active RN license (TN or Compact) currently in hand
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience, including 1 year of recent experience in Labor and Delivery
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
• Intermediate or advanced AWHONN or NCCEFM fetal monitoring certification required
• Current NRP certification (Advanced 9th Edition) from the American Academy of Pediatrics
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (no Canadian SSN accepted)
• One professional reference required for consideration

Responsibilities

• Hospital-based Labor and Delivery unit
• 13-week assignment with a 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM day shift schedule
• Provide skilled nursing care to laboring and delivering patients within a hospital Labor and Delivery unit
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates will not be considered
