As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatric Physician Assistant, you will:
- Complete comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Manage psychiatric medications and monitor treatment response
- Participate in daily inpatient rounding
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, nursing staff, and hospital teams
- Provide evidence-based psychiatric care in an inpatient behavioral health setting
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant medical documentation

Requirements
- Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or Physician Assistant with psychiatric experience
- Active Tennessee license or eligibility for Tennessee licensure
- Tennessee DEA or ability to obtain
- Experience in inpatient psychiatry, behavioral health, or acute mental health preferred
- Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
- Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care
