NICU Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP)

Pay Rate: $89000.00 - $100000.00
A growing neonatal physician group in Chattanooga, Tennessee is seeking a NICU Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its established Level III neonatal team.
Located in a scenic riverfront community, this role offers exceptional work-life balance, flexible scheduling, and a close-knit, highly supportive neonatal team.
62/hour x 24-hour shifts. Only 5 shifts per month.

- Self-scheduling with flexible swaps
- Level III NICU - 22-bed unit
- 1 APP on service at a time
- Work alongside Neonatologists and experienced APP team
- Provide neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting
- Collaborate with Neonatologists and APP team on patient management
- Participate in flexible 24-hour in-house coverage schedule
- Support high-quality neonatal care in a collaborative environment
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- NICU experience preferred
- Open to strong new grads with NICU background
- RN NICU background considered
