Interim Gi/Endoscopy Nurse Manager Opportunity

A Tennessee hospital is seeking their next Interim GI/Endoscopy Nurse Manager!

The Interim GI/Endoscopy Nurse Manager will be responsible for the growth and supervision of personnel within the Endoscopy unit. Reporting to the Director of Surgical Services, this leader will focus on ongoing initiatives including staff stabilization/engagement, scheduling, maintenance of diagnostic and educational processes, and will help to identify areas for both operational and capital improvement. Seeking a knowledgeable leader with previous Endoscopy experience who will provide stability to the department and will demonstrate a hands-on mindset to ensure support for staff members throughout the department.

Ideal candidates will bring strong communication and portray personable characteristics to guarantee the ability to interact with staff, and physicians. Additionally, this nursing leader will hold staff accountable to ensure that goals are met, while simultaneously providing knowledge and leadership. Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

BSN is required. Active TN and/or compact RN license is required. Active BCLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Compensation Range: $155,000 to $165,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits. The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
