Registered Nurse - Med-Surg
Location:
Chattanooga, TN
Assignment Duration:
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule:
Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and team-oriented Registered Nurse to join our Med-Surg unit. The ideal candidate will work in a newly established unit with a supportive environment, focusing on delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and support in accordance with established protocols.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort by monitoring vital signs and responding to patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care activities in the Meditech system accurately and timely.
- Assist with various procedures and treatments as required.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Valid RN license in the state of Tennessee.
- Experience in Med-Surg nursing preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as required.
