Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee

We are a growing neonatal physician group seeking a NICU Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Level III neonatal team. The role offers exceptional work‑life balance, flexible scheduling, and a close‑knit supportive team.

• $62 per hour for 24‑hour shifts
• Only 5 shifts per month for full benefits
• Self‑scheduling with flexible swaps
• Level III NICU – 22‑bed unit
• One APP on service at a time
• Collaborate with neonatologists and an experienced APP team

• Provide neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting
• Collaborate with neonatologists and the APP team on patient management
• Participate in a flexible 24‑hour in‑house coverage schedule
• Support high‑quality neonatal care in a collaborative environment

• Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• NICU experience preferred
• Open to strong new graduates with NICU background
• RN NICU background considered
• DEA required
• Team‑oriented mindset and strong communication skills
